Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine is a series of sophisticated culinary and beverage experiences hosted at all Park Hyatt locations.
We are delighted to announce the follwoing Masters of Food & Wine events at Park Hyatt Hamburg:
“Venison and Noble Vegetables”
Saturday: September 19th, 3:00a.m. – 6:00p.m.
Prepare a wonderful meal with the head chefs at Park Hyatt Hamburg and surprise your guests at home with the tricks and secrets you have learned from the professionals. Learn the perfect preparation of venison as well as seasonal vegetables like artichoke, pumpkin and mushroom. The cooking class starts at 3:00 pm with a champagne reception at Apples Bar and ends with a 4-course-dinner at Apples Restaurant.

Saturday: 17 October, 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Shaken not stirred – that’s how James Bond drinks his Martini. A perfect Martini is prepared this way, but what makes a Martini perfect? If you want to know the answer to this question or would like to get behind a bar and prepare your own Martini, Sex on the Beach or Caipirinha, our bartender Alberto Costa will show you how to prepare a perfect cocktail. In two hours an exclusive group of ten people will learn tips and tricks to surprise their guests at home with a delicious cocktail. The price of the cocktail class including snacks and a final cocktail is EUR79 per person.
