FIVE DAYS, FIVE WINERIES
23 to 27 May, 2016
Take a seat at the chef’s table at Apples restaurant and indulge in a culinary spoiling, tasting the best wines from select winemakers and enjoying a five-course-menu. Apples’ Executive Chef Julia Eckerstorfer will accompany each of these five evenings, during which winemakers will present their wines and talk with guests. The evenings are priced at EUR 89 per person, which includes wines, water and coffee. Price: EUR 89 (including, wine, water and coffee)
Each wine evening is restricted to a maximum of 12 people.
HYATT EXCLUSIVE - EXECUTIVE CHEFS ON TOUR

On Saturday, 17 September 2016, Apples’ Executive Chef Julia Eckerstorfer will welcome the executive chefs from the Hyatt™ hotels in Germany. Together these chefs will spoil diners with a very special culinary evening at Apples Restaurant and Bar. The chefs will prepare a Hanseatic-style five-course set menu featuring meat and fresh fish, while Apples’ Bar Manager Alberto Costa will prepare special cocktails to correspond with each course. In addition, renowned winemakers will spoil diners with their best wines.
This Hanseatic evening will begin and end at Apples Bar, with the executive chefs presenting pre-dinner canapés and alluring after-dinner desserts.
Price: EUR 99 (Gourmet Club discount is available). Price includes food, wines, aperitifs and corresponding cocktails for each course.
