At 228 sq m (2,454 sq ft) this is the most spacious room in-house, and can be divided into three smaller rooms depending on the size of your meeting. The Imperator room features a wooden floor, large windows and modern technical equipment. The room is suitable for festive gala dinners, seminars and conferences. Up to 170 people can be hosted here for dinner, 120 people for a seminar and 200 for a theatre-style meeting.
Gorch Fock I and II
This room, with a size of 130 sq m (1,399 sq ft), can be divided into two smaller rooms of equal size. The entire room features daylight and modern technology. The flexible conception of space allows for conferences of all sizes and events with bigger groups. A dinner event at Gorch Fock seats up to 80 guests.
Rickmer Rickmers I and II
The smallest meeting room at 65 sq m (699 sq ft) features daylight and modern technical equipment. The room can also be used as a foyer for the Imperator room. During dinner events this room can seat up to 30 people, or 20 people if the event includes dancing.
This exclusive conference room has been designed with elegant and warm-toned wood walls and ceiling. For comfortable meetings, the room is equipped with a long table which seats up to 12 people in leather armchairs. The Executive Boardroom features daylight and modern technical equipment. The room is ideal for get-togethers and presentations with business partners and board members.
Private Dining Room
The Private Dining Room at Apples Restaurant offers direct views and access to the Apples Terrace. This exclusive room is particularly suitable for meetings, business dinners or festivities in a private setting, offering space for up to 12 people. The intimate atmosphere combined with the gourmet cuisine at Apples Restaurant will add a special touch to your get-togethers.
