Apples Restaurant specialises in regional cuisine, incorporating both classic dishes and innovative variations. The open show kitchen allows diners to watch the chefs conjure up meals from in the wood-burning oven or the char grill using products delivered by local suppliers.
The centre of the newly designed Apples Restaurant is a four-metre long Chef’s Table which is constructed in a fancy latticed wood style. Up to 12 diners can be seated at this graceful table as they enjoy the personal care of the head chef.
For lunch weekly changing, seasonal two-or-three-course menus are available for EUR 29 or EUR 34, respectively including water and coffee. Dinner guests can enjoy à la carte dishes in our monthly-changing five-course wine set-menu, including wine and water. The price of the wine set-menu is EUR 75.
The Private Dining Room at Apples is the perfect place for dinner or a meeting for up to 12 people in an exclusive atmosphere. This charming room also has direct access to the Apples terrace.

Thomas Hess, Executive Chef of Park Hyatt Hamburg, is responsible for all the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including Apples Restaurant.
Thomas Hess has been Executive Chef of Park Hamburg since August 2013. He already cooked at the renowned Swiss star restaurant IL Casale and in the ANNEX restaurant of the luxury Swiss Park Hotel Weggis. Both restaurants have been repeatedly rated with 14 and 16 points by Gault Millau, and enjoy an excellent reputation, not only among gourmets.
